Yet another sort of pilgrimage

I wondered why this trip was completely full, when some of the others had been under subscribed. I soon discovered the answer - duty free shopping! Gibraltar is not fully part of the EU, and you can buy various things, especially cigarettes, at a fraction of the cost that you can in Britain or Spain. The Spanish customs rigorously enforce the 200 cigarette per person duty free allowance, but many of the British who live on the Costa still find it worthwhile to make regular trips. Going on the tourist bus is easier than trying to park the car!
